Quinta Grande was our first project, the pioneer of Neto Arch.
The client’s initial premise was clear: “Two lines guide the spatial experience of the house. The serenity of the pool’s waterline and the vastness of the Atlantic horizon“.
Minimalist architecture thus emerges as a response to this vision, emphasising purity of form, integration with the landscape, and the celebration of natural light.
Each space was designed to provide fluid and contemplative experiences, where interior and exterior meet seamlessly, and every detail reinforces the direct relationship with the surrounding setting.
The result is a residence that engages in dialogue with its environment, translating simplicity into elegance and creating moments of contemplation from every angle of the house.

1. Preliminary Study
At this stage, the project’s initial concepts, spatial organisation and integration with the site are defined. Surveys, feasibility analyses and reference studies are carried out, allowing the client and architect to align expectations and establish the project’s identity.
2. Licensing
This phase involves the preparation and submission of all technical documents required by local authorities for project approval. It ensures that the work complies with urban, legal and environmental regulations.
3. Execution
Here, the project is brought to life. It includes contractor selection, material supply, schedule management and coordination of all specialised disciplines, ensuring that every architectural detail remains faithful to the original concept.
4. Construction Supervision
During and after execution, rigorous site monitoring is carried out to ensure quality, adherence to deadlines and respect for the budget. It involves inspections, adjustments and final validation, guaranteeing that the completed work reflects the intended design vision.
