Quinta da Palmeira is a project that foresees the extension of two three-bedroom houses (T3), a one-bedroom house (T1) and a shared leisure area located at the centre of the property. The project also includes a swimming pool area and a tennis court.
The architecture preserves the traditional Portuguese style, characteristic of the country’s inland regions.

At this stage, the project’s initial concepts, spatial organisation and integration with the site are defined. Surveys, feasibility analyses and reference studies are carried out, allowing the client and architect to align expectations and establish the project’s identity. 2. Licensing
This phase involves the preparation and submission of all technical documents required by local authorities for project approval. It ensures that the work complies with urban, legal and environmental regulations.
