The intervention consisted of a partial interior refurbishment of an apartment located in Sintra, developed within the scope of a preliminary study and construction supervision carried out under controlled costs.
The main goal was to ensure a functional and aesthetically coherent solution within the existing budgetary and construction constraints, while guaranteeing a consistent and appropriate architectural framework for the context in question. The choice of a continuous microcement floor allowed for greater spatial uniformity and provided both formal and visual freedom to the overall design.
