IGeFE

The requalification project for the offices of IGeFE – Instituto de Gestão Financeira da Educação, located in the emblematic building at Avenida 24 de Julho no. 134, in Lisbon, under the Ministry of Education, consisted of a comprehensive interior rehabilitation of the office spaces.

The intervention involved the complete demolition of the existing partitions on the first floor, while preserving the main structural framework of the building.

This was followed by the development of the interior design and execution project for the new workspaces, in strict accordance with the functional programme previously defined by the contracting authority.

The project includes the creation of several work rooms designed for 4, 6 or 8 users, as well as meeting rooms, management offices, training rooms and multipurpose areas suited to the range of activities carried out by the Institute. It also features the implementation of a kitchenette with leisure and social areas, fostering well-being and interaction among employees.
