Windmill

The Moinho Property is an urban building of high heritage value, classified as national heritage. The project proposes the rehabilitation of three existing barns, converting them into a tourist accommodation complex with a café and restaurant dedicated to traditional Portuguese gastronomy, complemented by an industrial kitchen for the artisanal production of bread, jams and other typical delicacies.

The architecture of the ensemble faithfully preserves the traditional Portuguese character, integrating harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The mill will be restored and brought back into operation, recovering its original grain-grinding function and enhancing the historical memory of the site.

Its privileged location, set among surrounding vineyards, offers a stunning panoramic view over Torres Vedras and Santa Cruz, reinforcing the sense of leisure, authenticity and connection to the territory that defines Portugal’s interior.
