MOBE House

MOBE House is a detached single-family residence located in a forest setting of exceptional environmental and scenic quality. The site is distinguished by its tranquillity, green surroundings and an atmosphere defined by luxury and privacy.

The architectural proposal is based on pure and well-defined geometric volumes that structure the functional organisation of the house and clearly separate the social areas from the private ones. This rigorous composition allows for an intuitive reading of the spaces, offering the user a dynamic interior experience marked by moments of surprise in the transitions between rooms, always maintaining a close visual and physical relationship with the surrounding landscape and solar orientation.

Water plays a fundamental conceptual role in the development of the project. The water element is continuously integrated, articulated around a hybrid courtyard, both interior and exterior, which functions as the true organising nucleus of the residence. This house, conceived with a circular circulation, establishes a direct connection between interior and exterior, reinforcing the sense of spatial fluidity and giving the ensemble a unique and distinctive architectural identity.
