MABI House

Sintra House is located within a privileged residential development, offering wide and direct views over the Natural Park and the Castle of Sintra. It is a terraced semi-detached house whose placement is strictly defined by the limits of the plot.

The garden was designed with an organic and natural character, structured in terraces defined by gabion walls that follow the existing topography.

The architectural composition of the house is distinguished by a marked and intentional chromatic palette, reflecting the client’s desire to integrate the visual arts into the architectural space. Despite this chromatic expressiveness, the whole maintains a simple, minimalist and modern formal character, consistent with a contemporary architectural language.
